Most see it as an automatic boon for the players, and a solid draw for recruits.
And yes, both of those are true enough.
However, I also see something that can be taken away and/or denied as a punishment for poor performance or behavior. The ole 'stick or a carrot' is still a viable thing imo. 😉

Now it’s time to renovate the South Endzone and East Stands at the Swamp. Need to spend about $250 million to compete with Bama and aTm when it comes to stadium features and ammenities.

For the dumber hound-dogs constantly running around with their noses in the wind, the local town entertainment centers will still have the athletic groupies hanging around, but the smart guys will mostly stay away from those kinds of useless outings. Earn respect by giving respect, and find a Top Quality in-house life partner....

Kinda reminds me of my childhood days when my best friend's family(who lived across the street) talked for about 8 years about moving away. However, we ended up moving rather spontaneously. 25 years later his parents still live in that house.....

Nah. You can have a 5x8 bathroom. Only 40 Sq ft. But you'd be lucky to have a 10x10 bedroom because there has to be space for the kitchen, living room, etc.
