As most of us guessed, DT Taven Bryan 6-4 295 will be leaving for the NFL.
Good luck Taven, don't blame ya, but I still hate to see ya go....

Wonder how the new 3-4 will stack up and players move around to fill the slots?

DT Khari Clark 6-1 315 rsSr - DT Kyree Campbell 6-3 305 So
NT Tedarrell Slaton 6-4 358 So - DT Elijah Conliffe 6-4 317 So
DT Richerd Desir-Jones 6-0 290 rsJr - DT/? Zachary Carter 6-4 270 rsFr

Tweeners:
DE/DT? Jachai Polite 6-2 260 Jr
DE/DT? Luke Ancrum 6-5 263 rsJr

Moving to LB spots???
DE/OLB CeCe Jefferson 6-1 242 Sr
DE/OLB Jabari Zuniga 6-3 246 rsJr
DE/OLB Jordan Smith 6-7 242 rsSo
-----
DE/ILB Keivonnis Dacvis 6-3 253 Sr
DE/ILB Antonneous Clayton 6-2 254 Jr

Just mild speculation folks, not even opinions yet, waiting to see in the Spring.

Jefferson definitely needs to go to LB. I think he would be a good fit for a 3-4 defense.

Mullen already said in press conference the schemes are built around players, not the other way around.

Does that DC always run a 3-4? Heck our personnel right now would be better for a 3-4 anyway probably with the tweeners we have.

3-4 is obviously what I meant to type.
I occasionally get a dash of dyslexic in my writing. It was mildly entertaining for me to see the different reactions to my mistake from the circle of jerks...

UF 2018 commits: l OLB Reese - & DEws/OLB Dante Lang (TE?)

Recent Mullen offers:

DT/NT Noah Jefferson 6-6 330 **** - Las Vegas, NV --- (A JuCo *****)

DE/ILB Dorian Gerald 6-3 255 *** - Florence, SC

Zuniga and Smith also fit in with the size/talent CeCe move to OLB.
Just like with the QB's, I might hold off on bringing in any more LB's or QB's in this class. The one's already committed (Corral & Reese) should do it for this year. I'd set it up for next years class.

Dan was referring to the QB/offense, not to Todd Grantham's defense.

We need any decent LBs we can get. The ones we have right now aren't that good.
