Netflix's "Making a Murderer"

Anyone watched/watching it? It's all the rage right now lol. Very gripping and just a crazy story. I highly suggest it. I promise you your jaw will drop and you will shake your head multiple times.

Would love to hear ya'lls opinions as to Steven Avery's and Brendan Dassey's guilt or innocence.

I haven't seen it yet, but I've read about it on the internet and the general consensus is that:

1. It's heavily skewed and there are some key pieces of evidence against Avery and Dassey that were not discussed;

2. Dassey's confession shouldn't be admissible because he's a retard and his attorney hung him out to dry;

3. Even with all the shady stuff that went on, Avery probably still did it, but he deserves a new trial anyway.

1. Yeah, I've heard about that too. The prosecutor mentioned that to Megan Kelly and gave a specific example.
2. Dassey's first attorney was a complete moron. He definitely should get a new trial.
3. Agree that Avery probably still did it, but dang, I don't know how you convict....there is TONS of reasonable doubt IMO.

Somebody killed that young woman. It seems that it had to be Avery or a member of his family.

The evidence that was not shared in the documentary was not all that compelling. Some phone calls between Avery and the deceased, which would not be unusual given she was taking pictures of her car. The deceased did tell someone that Avery creeped her out. That is notable.
Plus when Avery was in jail for the earlier rape, he purportedly told a fellow inmate that he wanted to rape and kill women,

A compelling drama. Avery is most likely guilty but some of the evidence was clearly plantted.

Who knows what Dasseys involvement was. He has trouble putting a complete thought together. He's entertaining though. You have to feel sorry for him.

Just finished watching 3 things stand out:

1. There wasn't an ounce of blood anywhere on the Avery Property that belonged to Theresa. This guy isn't that intelligent to bleach his property to get rid of the blood. Plus both areas that were claimed to be where she died was so cluttered he would of missed some blood.

2. In Steven Avery trial it was suggested that she was killed in the garage with a bullet to the head shot 11 times and dragged to the pit. In Dassey trial the image he portrayed was that she was killed in the bedroom and dragged to the pit. 2 separate trials same murder different murder scenes.

3. There is no way the prosecution teamed proved with out a reasonable doubt that Steven Avery was guilty. Watching you can tell the defense team flipped that whole trial and instead of trying to prove Steven Avery was guilty the prosecution team was trying to prove their guys weren't dirty. The Braden Dassey "confession" sealed Steven Avery fate and it was all made up by a 16 year old kid who was scared and nervous gave the detectives what they wanted to hear so he could go back to school for his project presentation
