nail, I got what I believe is 3 year old pix of Child Called Pony. She's darkening toward her Choctaw mother. She's been a little white Indian so far. Her first Little Rock doctor said she might grow darker when she could see her first hint of sunlight. My hint of wide Sub Saharan nose is gone but she does not have my father's, her mother's and my older daughter's classic Indigenous American nose. More of a narrow European Caucasian nose like her father. She's always had the black hair and brown eyes of the Choctaw-Cherokee.

It's strange how these little varmints change in their early years. "Varmint" is a lovable term the Comanches used for little ones when I was growing up in the heart of the Comancheria.

GM announced this AM no 2nd quarter dividends will be paid. Granddaughter is being paid 80% regular salary til further notice. 20% being withheld with 6% interest attached. Grandson would like GM to withhold 50% at 6% interest. 1/2 Mexicano son-in-law taught his kids well.

I have 2 of the finest sons-in-law that can be had. One white.

My mom side of the family had a lot of what was called Dark Dutch ( Spanish ) and the Cherokee thought they where Choctaw because of they’re dark skin color. Mama was also a very good athlete and could ride a horse which impressed. Granddad raised Hereford cattle and raised soy beans.

Fathers grandfather was named Hawker Hadley. He came from TN then arkancide before coming to the nations. He made saddles. He had some Choctaw. He like grandfather tall, lean with the long nose. Fathers skin color was more like grandma who favored the German and Scandinavian descent like her father Pap Pap Lydel. . I favor mom side with skin color and nose. My sister shared daddy’s skin tone. Grandad raised limousines and grew milo. He had a section of land.

Both family’s came to the nations for land and a better life. They migrated from TN and virginy I’m the lone Sooner. The rest who stayed in Oklahoma are cowpukes. Uncle graduated top of his class in dental school at the university of TN

The Melungeon group of the tri-racial isolates were discovered in Tennessee circa 1640. My g-g-great grandfather was born in Tennessee. Our own DCandtheUTBand might be Melungeon.

Common in the Melungeons is the Anatolian bump at the back of the skull near the neck, Asian shovel teeth, Asian cranial ridge, double joints. I have the Asian cranial ridge, Asian shovel teeth and double jointed thumbs. All grand children but one has the Anatolian bump at the back of the skull. Older son and a grandson has double jointed thumbs. Do you have any of these features? Heck, you may be a sunburnt Indian, too.

OU granddaughter and I are ambidextrous and ambipedal. These gifts are not genetic. She didn't get it from me. Deputy Sheriff Bass Reeves was ambidextrous. The Indians saw this as a gift from the Great Father. Reeves traveled the Nations unimpeded. The best I can tell ambidexterity is not more common among the Melungeons than any other group.

my ridge is pretty extreme...its more like a valley and a ridge combined... my Anatolian bump is on top of and in the middle of the ridge. It is about an inch in diameter. The valley is above that and is about 4 to 5 inches long. It is about 2 inches shy of both ears
