This is moronic. How many points do you leave on the board by not going with what is actually working. He's also one of those clowns that believes in balance for balance's sake.
Keep in mind Mullen, the offensive guru, has only had one top 10 offense as a head coach in his career in almost 11 years. Compare that to a true offensive guru like Lincoln Riley at Oklahoma that always has a top 5 offense.
Keep in mind Mullen has never won a conference or division title as a head coach. Without being under a coach named Meyer, Mullen has no real accomplishments at all.
Oh well, hopefully the next coach will be decent. I pray it doesn't take the AD another 9 years to figure out that Mullen is mediocre.
