Any doubt he's the best coach on the staff? Came in last year and instantly turned our oline around. And the job he's doing with the oline this year is just ridiculous. Teams rarely even get pressure now. The future is very bright here. I hope he's around for a long time.

I said it last year that he's a great coach. As good as he is I'm not sure he's the best but that is how good our staff is. Your not going to find many position coaches as good as Rumph or Shannon either.

Yep. It helps that he has some decent talent to work with. But he has done wonders.

Also a great thing about it is we have a QB that recognizes big blitzes and knows he has to get it out of his hand.. He made a lot of great throws knowing blitzes were coming and double cheeked them off his heels. The Two td's he did that were phenomenal

He's the first since Dwayne was the WR's coach that's doing a great job imo.

Watching the film, it's incredible how coached up the OL and TE's are blocking wise. They chip on guys and get their ass to the 2nd level quick blocking multiple guys a play
