Looks like you guys aren't Champions of Life!

You know whats funnier than this??

Butch Jones is still you head coach. Now thats funny

well, we can continue to hope for better results. McElwain is a better coach than recruiter, so that keeps the rest of the division in play. Hoping for another good game in Gainesville, but looks like the oddsmakers think the Gators will run away and hide with it.

I hope, I hope, I hope. You guys keep doing the same things over and over and yet each time you expect a different result.

I think I learned something about that trait in Psychology 101.

Perhaps. Your coach is just the opposite. The good news is that Mac recruiting has seemingly picked up a bit.

But you will always be life champions

I agree it will take a Herculean effort on our part and you guys will need to have a bad day for us to win. I'm not holding my breath on Butch, trust me. He had You and OU beat two years ago and wet the bed against Arkansas. That was his best team. Last year, he made a lot of stupid decisions that interfered with team chemistry.

Tennessee isn't going to be very good again this year. I don't even know when the last time they won the East??

It was 2007 Paco, before losing to LSU in the SEC-C game.

Then in 2004 they lost to AU in the SEC-C game.

And in 2001 they also lost to LSU in the SEC-C game.

You'd have to go all the way back to last century to find where they actually won an SEC-C game.... :p

98 against a sherill coached team they barely got by like all their games that year they ended up winning it all from so much bounces of luck, like our game and FSU's players not even playing in the title game, and a young QB still almost coming back and beating them...

unbeaten and untied-you've never done that!

lol the tenner jenners and ACC'ers love that one, with SOS in the 100s

and your teams have never won it all with the #1 SOS much less anything near the top 40

If I remeber right didn't MSU fumble at clock killing time or something like that to cost them the game? If I remember correctly, MSU had that game won.

nah, they were up early but slowly lost it the rest of the game and it was boring and lost by like ten or something or were down like 17-7 most of the game and probably made it close at the end along the lines of what you're talking about... I remember watching it with my hs teammates dad that was one of the most famous players at MSU at MLB in the 80's when they upset Bears team like 6-0 and was on the cover of all the mags framed up in his house in his basement...

Good ol Wayne Madkin had a untouched fumble. Very similar to Arkansas Clint Storner.

I've never been a conpirancy theorist but it looked like so many paid point shaving games that year.

John Capel never stepped out of bounds on that second half kick return for a TD either...but oh well.

And Marquand Manuel vs FSU had an int...and then appeared to purposely drop it...we could have rematched them in the Title game but gave that game away vs FSU.

I don't even remember that

We got them back with Jabbar in 2000 anyway...

I just remember a td on a fumble we recovered clearly against FSU in 98 and they called it a f'in SAFETY

but you'd agree with the capel out of bounds call

"refs called it, so its right"

you lost anyway the play before that on Reches bullshit TD call back, and gave up about a 90 yard drive, yall deserved to lose and did, twice...

we rarely played prior to 1992. You guys had a 5-20 record against us. Woodruff,Graves were former vols. nice try

Ancient history.

That is the great thing about parsing records. One can prove almost anything. The FSU fans try just the opposite

So, let's parse records, shall we?

Overall series
Florida 26 - Tennessee 19

1916 to 1953, the teams only played 10 times. Tennessee won all ten. Utter domination by Tennessee

Florida 0 - Tennessee 10

Since you picked 1992, from 1954 to 1992

Florida 7 - Tennessee 5 (THIS does not seem like Tennessee was dominating that 38 year period.)

From 1993 to 2016, utter Florida domination

Florida 19 - Tennessee 4

This is just going to ruin your day. I can tell.

unbeaten and untied-you've never done that!

Has-been's grasping at whatever straws that they can find.
BTW, do they give a team some kind of 'special' award for being unbeaten and untied in a season? Something like a 'We Played A Very Weak SoS's' trophy?

NC Tennis-sea in 1998, 13-0 Vs:

1-10 USCe
2-9 Candy
3-8 Houston
3-8 Auburn
4-7 UAB
-----
7-5 UK
7-5 Bama
With the infamous under-the-table Man, T-$$$ :D

But at least ole Pettie-pie was not still the Moon-roid QB back then.
The Moon-roid had to wait for Danny Wonderful to leave (1997) before he finally managed to win an SEC-C vs a weak 10-3 Allbarn team, back when the SECw sucked. He still lost that year to UF by 2 TD's with Doogie at QB.

Danny Wonderful 4-0 vs Tennis-sea - Heisman :p
UF 4-0 vs Pettie-pie - Lost Heisman to a freakin' Yankee DB :D
Timmy T-Boner 4-0 vs Tennis-sea - Heisman :p
===========

UF has gone 12-4 vs Tennis-sea since 1998.
That put UF in the All Time W/L record lead over the has-been dollies.

UF has won the SECe 7 times since then.
UF has won the SEC-C 3 times since then.

UF has won 2 more NC's since then.

And ole Phat-Phil is probably still laughing up his sleeve at getting fired by the sloppy-drop idiots...

speaking of Manning, you idiots actually thought ol Danny Boy was better! LOL! I hardly think Danny Boy and Tebow achieved as much as the position. Thanks for setting the subject up on a tee.

Well, Danny has several things Peyton never was able to accomplish. Head to head wins. National Championships. Multiple SEC Championships.

bringing up the later NFL accomplishments only helps the Gators illustration here
