This isn't for businesses, it is for small business owners that are running things like eBay accounts and Etsy accounts. Uber drivers and the like will also be slammed by this.
Those ARE businesses you describe. They are not companies. The left targets small businesses using the pretext of trying to make everyone think they mean large corporations. Read your first 10 words..it says it all...... Individuals can be businesses. I guess self employed would be a better description?
