I hate to go crazy conspiracy theorist, but the guy in that video simply does not look like the current Joe Biden to me. It's seriously obvious in the PBS clip, that guy looks like a completely different guy from the guy claiming to be our President* today.
Nothing surprises me these days. I've heard those rumors as well.
Well, I sold my awesome boat so I’m land locked now.
There are rumors like this about most major celebs, even heard some that say Musk has a double.
But it's obvious to me that's not the current Hiden.
