America is the junior partner that Europe brought in to save the "company" twice. We literally rebuilt her the last time. In the process we became the managing partner/CEOand CFO/president with the UK as COO and VP of European operation . Boris gets it. Brussels is trying to create a new board of directors, replace NATO and force the CEO into retirement. Don't mess with success or dissrespect the real boss is Boris' message.
