"Over the weekend, rumors about Gattis and Xavier Worthy popped back up after Worthy, who was once signed with the Michigan Wolverines but left because he couldn't enroll early, broke the NFL combine record with a 4.21 time in the 40-yard dash.
Michigan football fans blamed Gattis and there have been rumors spread, that Gattis shot down. Yet, the former Michigan Wolverines assistant took it even further in his rant on X, saying that Michigan committed more NCAA violations. He says he has the receipts too.
Gattis also blamed the admissions department for the Worthy snafu, along with making other allegations:
“Ask why Admissions said they wouldn’t require a ACT but denied mid year because of a ACT 4 days before enroll. Do you want the violations too? Emails? No bag just receipts! The rival reporters know the truth…. Go dig them up for the NCAA. Have fun but leave my name, (and my) family out of your mouth."
Gattis seems angry about this time with the Michigan Wolverines or at least how it ended. Maybe he was the whistle-blower people speculated about. Regardless, it's wild he's still mixing it up on social media with Michigan football fans."
