The campaign of Michigan Senatorial candidate John James (R) has accused local officials of impropriety, voter suppression, and election interference after incumbent Gary Peters picked up hundreds of thousands of votes overnight.
Looks like the plan was to shut down counting and bring in votes to seal election results.

See, elections are state jurisdiction, not federal. And this wouldn't be a civil suit, they are alleging voter fraud, a criminal act. So they have to get the state of Michigan to more or less take itself to court. Before Michigan is going to agree to do that, they are going to want to see real, actual evidence of voter fraud, but all Trump & Co have are accusations. So it will go nowhere. No Attorney General is going to press charges against his own elections department with no proof.
