~ Who are getting the playing minutes from the coaches?
~ Who runs the routes and get's open?
~ Who does the QB look to, open or not?
~ Who makes the difficult catches vs the wide open easy catches?
~ Who has the best Targets to Drops Ratio???
>> Many factors go into getting the above stats...
I know that a better/accurate passing QB will improve everybody's receiving stats.
Just like a better OL will greatly improve the RB's stats.
EDIT:
Mildly surprised by these stats from PFF.
Jefferson 31 catches on 59 targets with ?? drops (for a 1.1 to 1 ratio)
Swain 14 catches on 22 targets with zero drops (for a 1.75 to 1 ratio)
Grimes 25 catches on 38 targets, with one drop (for a 1.9 to 1 ratio)
Toney 24 catches on 33 targets with 1 drop, (for a 2.7 to 1 ratio)
