I’ve always thought he was a little on the overrated side.
Clemson 7-0 over FSU about to be 14-0. Um, 5-1 is still better than 3-3.

A more mediocre QB you will not find. Dude throws check downs up and down the field then gets applauded for how accurate he is. That offensive line gives him all day to throw and he usually has a strong running game.

That’s what has bothered me about the talking heads and Fromm. Either no one actually watched game tape of his or they were former NFL guys where checking down to the flat on 3rd and 12 kept you from being benched or cut in the NFL. The praise he was constantly given has never made sense.

Said it from the start of the year. He lost all of his receivers from last year and has nobody to throw to which covered up his mediocrity in the past. Now he looks like the average QB he really is.
UGLY has been living off of their running game this year and you take that away and they can be beat considering their defense is not as good as last year.

Yep. Said it when Fields left his championship window left with it. That 2018 class he signed had a lot to do with players wanting to play with Fields. The players always know who is real and who isn't.
That's a large part of it. They see the completion % and the lack of interceptions but you're gonna have a high percentage dumping off in the flats all game and not throwing down the field. Dude is a souped up Greg McElroy.
I guess we don't have to listen to the 10 straight or 20 straight wins against SEC East opponents anymore about Georgia from announcers or their fans do we. Ahh well, this made my day, regardless of the outcome of tonight's game. LSU is no longer a win or lose the SEC East game for us. It all boils down to beating the remaining East teams and finding a way to beat Georgia in Jax.
