Probably COVID . Easier to clean a set than have peeps constantly cleaning the actual WH after a visit by the riff raff.

Social media users shamed President Biden after he spoke from a fake White House set which featured a digital monitor showing the Rose Garden in full bloom.
"The reason Biden uses this bizarre virtual set for televised meetings — and not an actual room like East Room, Cabinet, Oval, Roosevelt, Sit Room, etc. — is because it allows him to read a script directly from a face-on monitor (& w/out teleprompter glass that can be seen on camera)"
If it was covid precautions seems they would just say that. It would win them HUGE points with dems who would fall all over themselves praising FJB for taking the flu seriously.
No, something is going on. There's countless reports from people in DC that the White House is abandoned.

So the only explanation I've heard that seems even somewhat plausible is they are having him speak on a set so the teleprompter can be positioned at an angle so he can read off it, but it can't be viewed on camera as the event is being broadcast.
So think about that for a minute: Our president* is so mentally feeble that he can't be trusted to speak for himself, so he comes up, reads off a teleprompter, and then leaves without taking questions.
If Trump had to do this, what would the left immediately say?
That he had lost control of his basic capacities, and should be impeached immediately.
And they would be right. So if that's what is happening, it means it's only a matter of time before they stop letting him speak at all. Because he will only continue to get worse.
I've heard it several places, and it makes sense. But it's a little worse than you're laying out above.
It's one thing to give an address off a prompter, every President does that. But he can't attend meetings without a prompter hidden in a screen. It would be too bulky and obvious to set up in the WH from reports I've heard.
There's literally no unfiltered Biden...no real press conferences, no real meetings, no off the cuff addresses.
He isn't doing the job, he can't even talk about doing the job.
I dont think Trump has anything to do with what is going on in any capacity other than being on the libs mind and using Trump against Trump (See Jan, 6) and Trump didnt do anything. The left is evil.
