every year, including 2019 they have players, why can’t we make progress? It’s less than 4 hours away, we should know the janitor by first name

Because a lot of the players aren't Florida kids. They get transfers from all over the country so most of the kids come in with ties to other schools.

In 2010, Weinke teamed with Pro Football Hall of Fame coach John Madden and became the Director of the IMG Madden Football Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

Is the former FSUcks QB Winkie still running the program at IMG? If so, then you probably have a big part of the answer to your question....

Former Davidson Wildcat FB Kevin Wright is from Havelock, NC.
Spent time with WKy and then a Top Rated HS HC for 5 years before joining IMG.

In 2015, IMG Academy named Kevin Wright the head coach in spring 2015 after Chris Weinke accepted a position as the QB's coach with the L.A. Rams.

I believe that things will begin to improve for UF with the IMG recruits, but we'll see. But hey, IMG has no monopoly on the many great players, so it's NBD if they don't imo.
