Imagine if we hired Coach McE instead of CWM??

The first thing that comes to mind is that we owe apologies to those recruits that had talent on the O side, that never panned out or just looked terrible under CWM and his OCs.

I was convinced that those that did not work out here just couldn't cut it. Now I am thinking it was coaching all along, and these kids couldn't do anything about it except to follow their inept coach's instructions.

I wonder how the Driskells, Brissets, etc would have fared under the watchful eye of Coach McE and staff??

Not sure how they would have done but certainly it would have been much better..just by play calling alone it would have been better. There was just very little player development on the offensive side of the ball while he was here.

Success is often times situational. And sometimes you gotta hit rock bottom before you can climb. You can spend time speculating on what might have been, but it is probably better in this situation to simply focus on what is. We have a very good coach now who wants exactly what we want. sadgator is very satisfied with that.
