My old school beat up on Iowa State today. But the most important thing was what Head Coach Billy Napier said after the game when the team circled up at the 50 yard line: “Faith’s a part of our program. We’ve got a huge opportunity to not only teach about football but to teach about life. And often times for us that’s faith related. We do that each and every week. Our team chaplain does a terrific job. It’s part of our plan to help these young men continue to grow and develop and to live a good life after football.”

I'm an OU wannabe. Just couldn't go there, but I loved USL. BTW, OU is now winning 48-0 against lowly Missouri State. They've had the second string offense in for all of the 2nd half.

OU is the most diverse school of higher learning in the land. My tri-racial granddaughter is a senior at OU. She follows legions of minorities, bi and tri-racials who've walked the halls at OU. She follows her oldest brother, her card carrying Choctaw sister-in-law and 6 first cousins.
