I said I think this guy had the potential to be an All-Sec OG in 2-3 years if he dedicated himself in the weight and nutrition room. Didn't see OT athleticism on film though.
Now I did get a little curious about his measurements taken on NSD (or provided to media on NSD).
He is a legit 6'5 and has exceptional arm length. In fact, his arm length is greater than Forsythe's, who is the tallest guy on the team at 6'7.
Still didn't quit think he would work out at OT. Well McElwain typically doesn't give false praise. If this guy lives up to the new hype and proves me wrong he could very well save our offense.
If he can work out LT, Telfort at RT, and Heggie at Center then we will be set. Barely, but we will have a solid OL line-up even after Sharpe and Ivey are gone.
It should give the staff just enough time to land a top tier OL class in 2018 and give them a year or 2 develop.
