A national minimum wage is nothing short of going "full retard". The cost of living is widely different across the USA. The retards don't understand they are going to kill entire economies in some areas as well as send unemployment numbers through the roof. Then there is that elephant in the room the tards don't want to discuss, rampant inflation. At the end of the day, the bottom rung worker is still at the bottom with no more purchasing power than before. Morons.

The silver lining in the cloud? The Dimtards can collect more taxes on income in effect making the lowest paid workers even poorer.

Liberals often don't appear to understand unintended consequences - but I'm starting to think that they do, and that's the plan.

Raising the minimum wage is a tax. It raises the cost of goods that are labor-intensive (service industries, for example), it inflates the dollar (effectively reducing wealth, a major goal), increases the tax base and keeps the lowest wage workers dependent which is critical to the creation of a permanent voting base (immigration is a big part of this as well).

The fact they are slow rolling it until the year after the next election is also very telling.
