Before my full comment I must ask:

The part he forgot to post is that they spend about double that on illegal aliens, and reparations for lazy blacks who were once slaves.
No its not...if no one read it because you could NOT figure out how to post it then you should expect no replies.
I really don't have a problem with this.
I have 9 piercings in my face including 9/16 gauges in my ears, facial tattoos and I'm pretty much completely tattooed from the throat down.
But I'll be damned if I expect people not to judge me or think that's normal, nobody made me do any of that.
Then why are thousands of people and businesses LEAVING California? Are they just missing the greatness that you see? And btw, this is obviously a trolling exercise because I wouldn't even accuse you of being stupid enough to truly equate the current California with greatness.
