Good to see we are respected in the world again

Good to see more cultists on this board that have zero clue

New data challenges Trump's economic narrative | TheHill
https://thehill.com/policy/finance/458634-new-data-challenges-trumps-economic-narrative

You have no idea what I think about Trump.

I can provide you with a link that will educate you about flat earth...but would it convince you of its flatness? I'm assuming you'd feel the same way about an article that did in fact give Trump some of the credit???

We can save time by just assuming we can each find a link on the internet that agrees with us, agree?

Ok "bamafan", I am sure you own zero red hats.

Regardless, no, I do not agree.

I will continue to post counterpoints to Trump's demonstrably false propaganda.

Since you are researching my posts, you will see that unlike the Cultists, I attempt to post counterpoints from credible news sources, not opinion peices, Qanon, Breitbart or other well established propaganda machines.

Now, of course I enjoy trolling as much as the next guy on occasion, but if you say the economy is "historic" or "best ever", then I will call it out. It's not about "some credit". If Trump was honest about where we are? I would be more than willing to let it go, but he is masking obvious weakness due to his inability to admit ANY FAULT ABOUT ANYTHING.

And the MAGAts lap it up with zero attempt to understand reality

I own zero red hats. A few crimson ones but I don't think they count.

If you truly hate and fear Fascism, I'd recommend looking closer to home...if your fanhood will allow it.

So you propose to be neutral. So let's make the argument Trumps economy is the greatest ever. False, but let's make it.

Does this excuse his corruption? His divison? His attack on constitutional norms?
If you accept one, you condone all.

And you call me out for partisan attacks? Where is your Qanon critique, where is the criticism of petty attacks on private citizens while ignoring the man actually in power?

Nah, sorry man. Can't play enlightened while ignoring the shi* swirling around your feet

There's nothing wrong with having convictions. There is something wrong if you are truly blinded by them, however.

And you, friend, are truly blind if you actually believe that Trump is an anti semite who is only supporting Netanyahu despite his Fascist tendencies. That is absurd...and I suspect that when you stop and think for a moment, you actually agree that it is.

Dislike Trump, that's fine. But at least open your eyes and be honest with yourself and stop being a puppet and leftwing mouthpiece. ie think for yourself...and ffs, stop trying to discredit right wing rags while simultaneously linking left wing rags in rebuttal. It's disingenuous at best.

I didn't like GWB. I thought he was a corrupt corporate shill. But I never believed he was cruel, or narcissistic, or authoritarian.

How can ANY honest broker look at Trump's actions, which go beyond ANY previous president, and not see a threat to Democracy?

1. Attacks on the free press. Not complaints, but calling them enemies. An authoritarian tactic.
2. Attacking law enforcement and national security agencies because they ask questions about him. An authoritarian tactic.
3. Surrounding himself with yes men and firing anyone who is not unfailingly loyal, not to country, but to Trump. An authoritarian tactic.
4. Threatening political foes as traitors and accusing them a various crimes with zero evidence. An authoritarian tactic
5. Using TV networks as propaganda tools, hiring Fox news personalities, appointing them to posts, calling them for advice, using them as informal advisors. An authoritarian tactic
6. Rampant nepotism. An authoritarian tactic.

His oath is to uphold the constitution. He has done the exact opposite whenever it is inconvenient for him.

Call me blind? Cold hard facts man. This administration is corrupt to the core, and the "party of the rule of law" has abandoned its responsibility.

And look, I am not Jewish(neither is Trump) , so I am not going to pretend to speak for them.
But Trump inserted himself into Netanyahu's reelection, Netanyahu made a spectacle of Talib's visit on Trump's request, Netanyahu has already been found guilty of corruption.

And the vast majority of Jewish folks seem to hate Trump, pretty easy leap.(he won 28% of Jewish vote in 2016)

Btw, you calling the Washington Post a left wing rag tells me a lot about you.

I realize the Huffpost one is stupid, but so is the entire ASAP rocky episode, mainly on Trump's part.

I could go line by line but I'll pass and save us both time. It's safe to say we disagree on each count ftr.

After reading that list, I can't help but wonder what your thoughts are on packing the court? Authoritarian tactic or different? Politicizing the FBI and IRS didn't begin on Trump's watch nor has it been nearly as rampant since his election. I'm sure you'll disagree but you'd be wrong.

I wasn't referring to Wapo when I mentioned your left wing rags...rather the dozens of others I've seen you link. And let's be honest, it's beyond difficult to even get a journalism degree if you aren't at least left of center. It's fine, they are destroying themselves so it'll work itself out in the long run.

After reading that list, I can't help but wonder what your thoughts are on packing the court? McConnell kept the court at 8 for over a year, so obviously GOP has no issue changing number of Justices. Authoritarian tactic or different? McConnell has done tremendous damage to the independance of the judiciary Politicizing the FBI and IRS didn't begin on Trump's watch nor has it been nearly as rampant since his election. I'm sure you'll disagree but you'd be wrong. That is simply an indefensible statement. The Mnuchin stonewalling of subpoenas is above and beyond any prior IRS manipulation. The FBI is arguable, but the attacks on the CIA and NSA becaus they don't comport to Trump's moronic world views or more importantly interfere with his business is absolutely unique and has destroyed international trust, harming national security severely.

So your parties authoritarian tactics are justified by my parties authoritarian tactics? Ok, that doesn't sound like a recipe for disaster at all.

The difference between you and I is that I don't support wrong simply because it's my party doing the wrong. I don't try to defend wrong because of my team sport mentality. You do...and you should stop.

Trump is an asshat and he should allow me to control his access to Twitter. He is flawed in MANY ways and no one is less qualified to be POTUS than he is....other than HRC and all the dimwits and zealots lining up to run against him in 2020.

I am not condoning anything, but if Fuc*bait McConnell gets another one before 2020, after denying his constitutional responsibility, the dems have no choice! You can't let naked partisanship and pure freaking chance determine the next 40 years of American law.

I just pray Ginsberg makes it

Do you know what condoning means? Because saying "you have no choice" sounds an awful lot like condoning to me.

Per @urtren's subject line above...I'd be more concerned about r-e-s-u-l-t-s (long-term) than sticking my finger up into the air worrying about how/where/when the winds (political) are blowing.

Agent Orange

Pubs and dumbs have been bending the rules of the Senate since zer0 got into office starting with the chicanery that was used to pass zer0Care and then Dingy Harry's first use of the nuclear option....let me tell you if pubs get 6-3 or 7-2 and dumbs expand and pack the court then BLOOD will flow, period...antifa will look like kindergarten bullies...this cold war will turn hot!!

Hat tip to AustinTXCat for this one.
And the RINO in the suit being afraid of his liberal girlfriend and the little old ladies in the crowd takes it all in stride instead of grabbing the birds and wringing their necks, metaphorically of course .
