So I wanted to circle back to a very valid point that Sunny keeps bringing up, the idea that we have a 'two-tiered' justice system in place. A lot of people share this sentiment, and it's why a lot of people, while hopeful that the corruption ends in DC, are adopting a 'I'll believe it when I see it' stance.

Understandable. But I think Trump has a plan for this.

Think back on all the key firings/resignations that have happened in the last 2 years under Trump:

Comey
McCabe
Yates
Page
Strozk
Priestrap
Ohr
Rosenstein

About 30 or so key firings/resignations.

Almost ALL of those people worked for either the FBI, or in the DOJ. Almost ALL of those people were in very SENIOR positions.

What does the FBI do? It conducts domestic INVESTIGATIONS.
What does the DOJ do? It PROSECUTES domestically.

Trump is removing the corrupt people from the FBI and DOJ who were in charge of investigations and prosecutions.

At the same time, he is investigating corruption within the FBI and DOJ. And Hillary's emails, and the Clinton Foundation.

Who is handling these investigations and any prosecutions that would arise? US attorneys located OUTSIDE WASHINGTON DC. Trump knows that the courts in DC are just as corrupt as everything else in DC, so he's bypassing them by having his AG hand off cases to US Attorneys who have power to bring indictments in EVERY US state.

Speaking of courts, Trump is pushing through a record number of federal judges. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the most liberal court in the land, had 19 Dems and 6 Republicans when Trump was elected.

It's on pace to Republican MAJORITY by 2020.

The plan is simple:

1 - Remove the corruption within the FBI, DOJ, and court system.
2 - Put honest people and judges in place
3 - Investigate the corruption
4 - Prosecute the guilty
5 - One-Tier Justice System For All

Levin has been shouting this from the rafters to anyone that would listen while a majority of the media were running around like Chicken Little saying:the Sky is Falling under Trump's leadership!

There's a few people in the media who have come around on Trump. Levin is one, I don't follow him that closely, but I think he was a pretty big Never Trumper at first. Mollie Hemmingway is another, she was a Never Trumper at first, but I think she started changing her tune when she saw Trump taking hard Pro-Life stances.

The media narrative has always been that Trump is a moron and unfit and needs everyone to tell him what to do. Trump relishes this narrative, and encourages it. He knows his enemies won't take him seriously and it burns them every time.

Trump knew he was a moderate but more closely in line with conservative business values. He uses the media to campaign for him good or bad and they still don't understand his manipulation tactics. He's literally laughing all the way to re-election in 20/20.

Levin is no Trump fan but gives huge credit for Trump's achievements where due. Levin will admit in a minute the alternative to Trump is infinitely worse.
I'm a Libertarian so I tend to be right wing conservative but the Repubs have become moderates to some degree. I think that's why Trump was an easy sell to the people, he made a pitch and stuck to his guns.

Too many Republicans will given up on their party's platform if dems make the slightly threat against them or, more importantly, if the media calls them out. These people are scared TO DEATH of bad media coverage.

Trump gives the media the middle finger and laughs in their faces. RINOs attack Trump just to try to gain curry with the media.

But the media is going down in this too, that's what the RINOs can't see. The future of the party belongs to the Jim Jordans, not the Mitt Romneys.
