Steelers RT Marcus Gilbert has restructured his contract, with his 2016 salary dipping from $3.95 M to $760,000, according to NFLPA records. A source said Gilbert agreed to a restructure to help the Steelers alleviate cap room. He'll likely get the leftover money in an alternate form, such as a signing bonus conversion.
