GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida men’s basketball team added Gorjok Gak as the third member of its 2016 recruiting class on Tuesday, head coach Mike White announced.
The 6-foot-11 center from Victory Rock Prep in Bradenton, Fla., joins Eric Hester and Dontay Bassett, both from Oldsmar Christian, as newcomers for the 2016-17 season. The Australian-born Gak boasts a 7-foot-4 wingspan and is rated a top-10 player in the state of Florida by ESPN.
Gak helped Victory Rock Prep to a championship in the team’s season-ending Grind Session National Tournament and is rated a four-star prospect by Scout.
