I shit you not. They asked him about the INTs and he said its part of the game, when Tom Brady throws 3 interceptions nobody says anything.
Like I've been saying, the players on this team aren't very likeable and its not just because they aren't good. Its annoying statements like the one Franks just made. Or talking shit and getting a personal foul down three scores. Celebrating a tackle after the offensive player gains 20 yards. Talking shit about fans as if the fans are the reason you're getting your face beat in every Saturday, talking down to fans about loyalty when you're a two time transfer, etc , etc. Not likeable at all. That they suck is just makes it even worse. Stop talking.
Seems like a McElwain influence -- that off-putting combination of passive, smug and weirdly defensive is his signature recipe. At least Franks has the excuse of being young.

IF you are serious with that, then it's tough for me to believe that you are that totally clueless about Trask & Allen.
My hope for the new coach, whomever he happens to end up being, knows how to choose, recruit, and coach up QB's. If he can, then Trask, Allen, and Corral will give him a good base to begin his tenure on.
Allen just seemed like he didn't have great upside in his tape to me and if Trask can't make Franks look pedestrian even in practice I would think his ability can't be that good.
Franks' coaches were Nuss and McElwain. Trask probably is better, he just had morons as coaches who clearly wouldn't know talent if it smacked them upside the head. Saying the staff thought Franks looked better holds no water considering how moronic those imbeciles running the program were.

I believe that Franks was 'promised things' for flipping, while Trask was not promised anything but a 'fair chance' to win the job, which was a lie imo.
Since none of them, Trask-Allen-Corral have yet played in a game for UF, we are all just speculating on what they might do as a Gator QB. Hopefully, the next coach will hold a real and fair QB competition in the coming Spring, and may the best QB win the job,,, as it always should be.
