It all started when a GPD officer responded to a call about kids being too loud playing basketball in the street (at 5 in the afternoon) and instead of telling them to stop, the officer played ball with them. That went viral, and now they have several officers out there, along with Shaq, playing ball. Bet the neighbor really hates this.
