Tyler Miles just said in the press conference that we have "a couple" of guys running 23 mph and 15 guys running 22 mph. Some other mind blowing stats he provided was they went from 15 guys cleaning 300 lbs. to 40 guys, the average squat for the team is 425.
Pretty indisputable that Miles has physically turned this team around in one off season.
