Twitter put a "sensitive" content warning on the tweet because it contains two screenshots from Reddit where a girl who has been mutilated to look like a man writes about how she has nothing to live for because she feels like a freak of nature.

I'm going to post her story here because these stories need and deserve to be told, but it's raw, folks. Proceed with the understanding that this is weighty, horrific stuff.

I see a despicable POS just laughing at this situation instead of caring about the person. They (Libby weirdos) laugh at their plight and continue to support surgeries for minors without parental consent. Pure evil.

A young girl too young to make lifelong decisions is so upset she's suicidal and he's laughing at it.

For some it works great, for others it ruins their life. At least make sure they are old enough to make the decision.
