I've been saying that all along. But how will it turn out for senators in these 4 states involved in the Texas lawsuit? I don't know anything about those senate races and even if they'll be impacted.
The injury claimed actually focuses on the VP being picked incorrectly due to unconstitutional election changes. It’s genius because the VP is the tiebreaker for Senate votes and creates a state vs state complaint. Basically the 4 states who ignored Art 2 injured those who followed it by potentially invalidating their vote.I've been saying that all along. I disagree, I think the RINOs would be more likely to vote against Hiden if that was an option. Trump will stay pres, so this is all hypothetical.
They would vote against Hiden to appeal to the voters in their red states, then vote against Trump to make sure they coddle to the DC establishment. Clowns like Ben Sasse are the same way. Over summer I heard campaign ads from him saying he was 'fighting for the same things President Trump does', which is complete bullshit, he fought Trump every step of the way. Sure enough as soon as he gets re-elected, he's now back to slamming Trump.
Maine is a Red state?
