Rush just played a clip of Fauci in Feb 29th saying that there was NO NEED by Americans to do ANYTHING DIFFERENTLY in their DAY TO DAY lives to deal with corona flu.

The social distancing started in mid march. Tapper asked Fauci if lives could have been saved if social distancing had been enacted a WEEK BEFORE his Feb 29th statement above.....and Fauci said yes.

Feb 29 - Fauci says social distancing isn't necessary.

Mid-March - Trump enacts social distancing.

April 12th - Fauci tells CNN that if Trump had enacted social distancing in the THIRD WEEK OF FEBRUARY, that more lives would have been saved. But Fauci said on Feb 29th that social distancing wasn't necessary.

And Trump supporters were smart enough to know exactly what he meant when he said it. He was then questioned about it by people that aren't as smart as Trump supporters, and clarified that he wasn't talking about the corona flu being a hoax.
