Don’t Pass the SALT

Democrats are trying to shoehorn a reinstatement of the SALT deduction into the “Infrastructure Bill.” IMO opinion, repealing SALT is one of the few things Trump got right. I’m not sure if the dems are serious or if this is just a dog and pony show to be able to tell their wealthy constituents “Hey, we tried!”

I am no John Maynard Keynes, but I assume one trillion dollars would pay for a lot of infrastructure. I guess pandering to upper class “progressives” in the Northeast is more important. It looks like Bernie is having none of it, though.
