The No-knock warrant was the issue here. From a rights purists PoV, I agree - however, the reality is otherwise with gangs like MS13 and others
But a no-knock warrant should only be granted when the threat of immediate deadly violence by the occupants can be justified to a judge.... the risk of evidence loss shouldn’t be a factor anymore unless it’s tied to vital national security, or in which lives are at stack (kidnapping)
knock and announce. If MS-13 is in there come with enough fire power and body bags to solve the problem. Evacuate neighbors first. Raise the black flag but give them a chance to surrender peacefully before dragging them out in bags.
