🤣 at him saying no one has ever got more thrown at them. No one has ever came close to what the media etc. has done to Trump. DeSantis spent like 130 million in campaign and crooked GOPe PAC money in Iowa alone and barely beat Haley. He is finished as far as ever being the 2028 nominee or being a future US Senator in FL after his crap.
I'm still shocked at how poorly DeSantis performed in this primary. I'm a Trump guy and thought from the start he was absolutely an underdog to Trump but would have never thought he'd do so bad. He just never seemed to look comfortable while campaigning, I think one debate he looked good (the 2nd one?) but other than that it was bad and awkward. How can a guy with his incredible track record and high profile have a campaign that was maybe the most poorly run in Presidential campaign history? I do think it's the right decision, get out now, leave less of a record in this election, get back to FL and run the state as he has and regroup. Make a run at Senate(?). And in the meantime get the best people out there to work with him on everything to do with being a candidate on a national scale for 2028 because as bad as this campaign was I still think he'd make a great President.
I hope he understands WHY he lost. Not convinced he does.

It wasn’t his time. If 2 Trumps are running you’re going to take the original. It didn’t matter what kinda of campaign he ran he was never going to out Trump Trump especially at this point in history, and what has taken place since 2020.

If somehow Trump gets convicted that will leave Haley in the position for the nomination. Vivek and Desantis would be far better than her. She is a less irascible version of McCain and she might just back into the nomination just like he did.
She has been on both sides of all the issues!

IMO, none of these cases will be finished before the election. They are just playing games. Like they always have. Just this week Jack Smith asked the court to not reveal what was in some of the classified docs (his request was denied). There is a reason Joe, The DOJ, and FBI wanted those docs. Now they don’t want them revealed in court.
The real crooks are currently occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, and the general public knows it. Everyone knows it.

What are the rules if the Dems actually pulled that mess off somehow? Can Trump tell his delegates who to vote for? Its supposed to be mainly loyal people now but the billionaires would probably be paying people off behind the scenes if Trump truly went on trial in a Democrat stronghold before the election.
She gets unhinged way to easy. In that first debate she was the one who attacked Vivek first. Then when Vivek attacked back in the next debate she was losing it. Give her a broom and a pointy black hat and she'd have been flying around the room. I just don't think she has the fortitude to be POTUS. But she'd still be 1000x better than any one of the leftists. That's how bad the Dems are now.
Well right now Ron DeSantis is at the top of my list for 28. We'll see what transpires over the next four years.
Only way, I believe, that could happen is the GA case. Federal cases will be appealed.

When the Fisher Jan 6th case is heard by the Supreme Court and over turned. It will likely kill the case against Trump as well.

I like Ron, but I want to see who Trump chooses for VP..because if done right, they will have the pathway to win. I do like Ron, however he HAS to leave the RINO's. I will NEVER support the establishment..just like I will never support a democrat.

As soon as he started surrounding himself with establishment types (and started listening to them) the Trump base got highly suspicious and bailed.
He also isn't as charismatic as I thought he'd be. He seems to be smart and principled but doesn't come across as very likeable and dynamic. He also gets emasculated by his wife at times. Nothing wrong with a strong woman by your side, but she went too far a few times.
But the biggest problem is he ran headfirst into a massive conservative movement. People are mad and want things back like they were 5 years ago. It's not worth the risk to trust someone new when the old guy is right there waiting with open arms.

Naturally you would like DeSantis, you like the clown he was running against and i don't mean Haley. I am just hoping for the Presidential election we have a decent candidate in both parties rather than the ones we have had lately with no candidate worth a hill of beans. Obviously just my opinion.
