Dems don't want to hear this, but you can blame Roe v Wade being overturned strictly on RBG. If she would have retired when obama was in office, he could have rammed through her replacement and none of these wins for America and the Constitution would have happened over the summer term.

But RBG blew it, and the dems were sure hildabeast would win in 2016 (How could they be so sure???? Hmmm.....).

One of the biggest political blunders ever. Notice they got Breyer's ass out of there the second Hiden won*.
