Unfortunately my wife and I will not get shit and didn't get shit the last time. But that's okay, BSC's children and grandchildren will have to pay back all of this shit as well as interest in Chinese Yen. 😂
What I am going to work towards it making sure my kids dont pay sh&t...if only I knew in my 20s what I know now I would probably be very wealthy. I still hope to own rental property in retirement.
While taxes might eat up some of the income from rental property I/they will not be "paying" for anything. It will come from their/my bank acct. However, their/my renters will be the one actually paying for everything with their labor.
