Thought this was a refreshing approach to NIL, and it’s hard to argue with the results. I think a lot of fans assume the opposite is true nowadays, with the kids always able to transfer for more money as soon as they run into adversity/unhappiness. Idk if UConn is good because of Hurley’s coaching acumen, his approach to NIL, or both, but he’s in his 6th year and his winning percentage has increased every year, clearly the last two having been his best. I hope this mentality (visible in the recent Chatman videos and the firey way Golden runs his team) takes a firm root in Gainesville if it hasn’t already.
