Some good news:
Since taking over this ICU on Friday we have successfully extubated three Covid patients.

I understand your sentiment, but rarely does thinking in absolutes get you to the truth.

I believe even Opie said in an earlier post that depending on your situation you should weigh your options regarding these vaccines. I think he was treating a lupus patient that was having a bad reaction.

I hope your daughter and son-in-law come out on the other side healthy. They're making a kick-ass vaccine on their own, so they're going to get some resistance one way or another.

Just found out a vendor of ours, healthy 55YO, spent 90 days in the hospital. He was extubated as well. He's doing fine now luckily.

His wife gave it to him and all she got was the sniffles.

China is definitely an asshole. And it still amazes me to this day how one person will be asymptomatic or get the sniffles and the next person will be on life-support two days later. Clearly there is a genetic phenotype in existence that responds very poorly to this virus.

Let's be real for a second here: WE are the real heroes! We all kept Doctor Dolittle preoccupied with posting on this board all weekend. And more importantly, NOT treating his covid patients.

Those patients had to be referred to a backup physician, who gave them the quality healthcare they needed.

And the positive results are reflected in the numbers Doctor Dolittle himself posted earlier: More lives saved as soon as he went on his posting bender.

So we all deserve a pat on the back for saving lives. We are the heroes. And a shoutout to @Uniformed_ReRe and his other cheerleaders who kept Dolittle engaged and posting. Every great plan needs a few useful idiots.

many times he has been wrong, will stay as far away from the Mississippi hospital he works in as they possibly can. If you can go back over the last few months of his posting, and honestly say you would put your life in his hands, then…stupid decisions will get you bad results.

I`m not high risk now but I am 71 ,but I am vaccinated and if they say get a booster guess what I will get one. If you are calling me a loser, well I probably fired more losers like you in my life time.
