He is also WRONG about the plan if democrats regain control. They want to force suburbs into a one size fits all zoning plans where section 8 will be forced into multiple zones and the neighbors will have nowhere to go but the country to ecscape problems that will come with it. I have my eyes on Pickett County TN and Van Buren County. COUNTY population ~5,000. Not going to be enough Karens to keepme from doing whatever I want to out in the sticks. Property tax is a joke, nearly no codes and lots of acreage for cheap.

There is also plans to force surrounding counties to share income tax revenue with bigger cities in hopes of getting more money at the least and in their ultimate dream force people into the cities. Fortunately TN does not have an income tax so that scheme would not work here.
