Over the many years I coached softball teams I always noted how the teams did that beat us in the many tournaments we played. I liked to think that the teams who beat us were good enough to win the whole thing. Along that line, tonight, Coastal Carolina beat TCU to put them one win away from playing in the CWS finals. The same pitcher who did such a masterful job against our Gators pitched nine inning with over a 140 pitches a majority of them strikes. I like to think that CC is just playing their best ball right now while we definitely did not. Just thought you might be interested in this bit of news trivia.
