I used some general loose, loose terms quoting the SF Chronicle. What the Chronicle actually told us was Brandon's Exec Order said no to NEW PERMITS for drilling on Federal lands. Note new permits. Current permits at the time naturally took effect. I'm sorry for any confusion. I'm aware that most of us got it. I'm typing this for those who didn't.

Fox Business tells me we are now energy dependent. January 26 found us energy independent.

Bloomberg news tells me only half of the oil wells on Gubmint lands are now producing oil?
