A Harris County, Texas precinct polling judge in Houston admitted to other election officials that he knowingly broke the law by casting a vote for a voter who entered the polling station. The poll judge confessed to the lawbreaking in an audiotaped conversation obtained by NATIONAL FILE. The precinct polling judge was previously investigated by the Democrat Harris County Clerk’s office for allegedly voting for a voter in the past, but the Democrat clerk decided to leave this man in his position. Meanwhile, the precinct polling judge’s assistant, hired by Harris County, is a registered sex offender for sexually assaulting a 13-year old girl.
