Told my son before the season started that losing Walker would hurt us this year. Did not think he would be the difference in regards to being the kid to make or break our season, yet the kid is a legit 6' 6¨, good leaper, good defender, who has a pretty decent three point stroke. Now, in hindsight, think he could have been the difference in us actually winning at least a couple more of these close games that we keep losing.

I was watching the game last night at my favorite watering hole down here in Melbourne, when Joe Cohen pulled up the bar stool next to my wife and I. Great dude, we shot the shit while drinking a couple of pints. Joe is an assistant coach for Viera HS, just enjoying life. My bartender told me last time he was in, Reggie Nelson, Pee Wee Carter and Neefy Moffitt were in tow....good stuff.
