Wow. One of the state legislators just clarified that the PA gov pushed to switch to Dominion systems for this election, over their objections.

Jenna just told the PA legislators they have the power, afforded by the Constitution, to select the electors for their state. She added that they have that power, not the Sec of State, and clarifies that the Constitution made this distinction and give the legislators that power to ENSURE that voter fraud such as what the dems pulled, could be addressed.

not the grubners prerogative. Legislature ALONE is in charge of setting the rules procedures and process. If he did this over their objections then WHOLE election was unconstitutional.
