With so so boomers retiring...we have to have lots of welcomed/unwelcomed guests to hopefully work and pay into the system...years ago...over 5.7 workers paid into the system for each SS recipient...next year...only 2.7 workers paying into the system for each SS recipient...so, we beez screwed...nobody anywhere can handle money (our leaders)...and the system isn't set up for us (the people) to really win, anyway...here we are stuck between a rock and hard place: an increasingly polarized nation...more immigrants coming in...most will never meaningfully add to the coffers or anything else...our leaders are more interested in votes, racial agendas, and God only knows what than to bring any real fixes to what needs to be fixed...and the voting masses are just as zombified as our leaders...as long as they get their sound bites...what else could you possibly want?
Results?...oh, they're getting results...just not the ones they really need...but yes, they're getting results...and yet, most folks can't seem to understand why everything they've voted for is in shambles.

Trump has a very common sense immigration plan:
1 - We only take people that want to come here to become AMERICANS.
2 - They have to speak english
3 - They have to be skilled
4 - They can't be criminals
5 - They have to have a means to support themselves at some pre-defined level
Most sane people agree this is a great plan. This has been the immigration policy of this country for decades until recently when the dems corrupted our immigration policy to only take the weakest, the sickest, the least-skilled, and the criminal. Dems want us to ONLY take people who will need IMMEDIATE government assistance to survive.
The thought process is get them into the country then living off the government, and they will vote democrat the rest of their lives.
Rush nailed this years ago: Dems use immigration as a voter-registration drive.
