Watching the SOW playing right now and was looking at the school’s recruits and old Leonard Hamilton sure likes his big men. He’s always got 2-7 foot men on his team and has two coming in this year. One is 7’2” tall but, is only 210lbs. That’s skinny. Now compare that to our newest 3 star recruit who goes 6’11” and is a svelte 300lbs. Who do you think would be easier to mold into a good player? I say you go with the heavier man. I knew some tall people who were skinny and they always said they couldn’t put on weight. Play basketball with a college team and you’ll lose some weight. Shaq wouldn’t have bern the Diesel without his size. Barkley without his girth and Fat Ass.

How many NCAA Championships has Hamilton won?
Okay, then how many Final-4's has he gone to?
Okay, who was the biggest man on UF's B-2-B NC teams?
Case Closed....

As far as athleticism, I would give the benefit of the doubt to Hamilton’s recruits. Seems like he’s always got 6 or 7 NBA caliber athletes.

NBA caliber athletes.

Don't G-a-S about NBA, much like NFL....

I want 'Gator Standard student-athletes' that are good citizens and can stay academically eligible to play for at least 3 years. I always hope that they stay long enough to get a UF degree, or eventually come back to finish up. 1 & Dones almost never get a degree.

I'd never want UF to become another Cal-cheat kensucky that makes it's living on the 1&D's.
