We got beat in recruiting by 4 SEC schools and lost games to 3 of them. We arent gonna get great ballplayers by finishing 8-4. We have got to start kicking ass and taking names if we wont to compete with BAMA and Georgia on the recruiting trail and the other 2 we lost to in recruiting.

Of course we have already signed four players listed at safety in this class - Collier 5*, McMillon 4*, & Mitchell 3* ; & no telling where Diwun Black 4* ends up playing !

5 SEC schools finished in the top 10. The SEC is just that dominant. Bama is Bama. It’s them and everybody else with an occasional Clemson or LSU thrown in there. Nobody does less with more than UGA.

We had a very good class. The SEC just recruits so good that a very good class can still be 4th or 5th in the conference.

The SEC is just too good and too deep right now. Then throw in the new TV deal and the SEC is pulling even further away and the rich get richer. Just too much talent going to the SEC schools.

Even Tennessee who just fired their coach and hired the crappy UCF coach and got caught cheating with likely penalties looming still signed a top 20 class. Heck they even signed a better class than FSU with all of that.
