Whoever wins the president presidency their cabinet positions have to be approved by the Senate so if the Republicans control the Senate, even if Harris wins, she will not be allowed to pick a radical cabinet. Should be forced to pick a cabinet that will be moderate.

If things hold up the way, they are right now. It will be called tonight. Trump’s lead in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania is pretty substantial, much larger than it was in 2020 at the same time.
Math is a hard taskmaster, there’s only so many votes in certain counties and states like Michigan and Pennsylvania, and if Trump’s lead is too big, then they can’t suddenly magically find enough votes to overcome it.
