Love this so much. As I keep saying, Jimbo is the most overrated coach in the country.

I’ve been saying it for years. Fisher is a fraud. He’s not some offensive guru or that good of an X’s and O’s coach. He’s a very good recruiter that is now assisted with A&M oil money to recruit even better.
How much is he getting paid and how much did they pay for that recruiting class? Not a good return on their investment

Appy State is proving themselves against the big boys and took a YUGE step today by beating TAMU. You know Saban has to be licking his chops and itching to make Jimbo pay for those comments he made in the off-season.
Somehow Ga State got UNC to come to them and almost won. Sun Belt is serious this year.
Jimbo will have no excuse next year with all those hired guns being sophomores.

For the money. Million and a half bucks. They are still considered cannon fodder, (big mistake] so some teams consider them an easy win and pay them to come to their home games as an easy win. Big , big mistake. They get a lot out of their low star players.,
Yeah, but how many times do they have to co win and win one of those cannon fodder games before someone figures out that’s not going to be money we’ll spent? Even if they don’t win they play hard! I’d spend that money on. A directional Michigan
ih8, as I have said over the past years, I have 2 favorite teams in football, The Gators and the App. State Mountaineers. these upsets by App St are just going to build on their reputation as a team you don't want to schedule if you are looking for an easy win.....jim

Hell yes they are! They’ve definitely built that reputation so far! If they had managed to beat UNC last week I wonder what they’d be ranked? They would have the two best wins kf the year. As it is, they’re a 2 pt conversion away from that. But they’re a damn good team and a damn good program. If I were an athletic director I’d think twice about paying them to come into my house.

Yes, ok, but let's try to remember that the class they bought are all true freshmen. Let's see what TAMU looks like next year and the year after. Jimbo has shown that if he has a tremendous talent advantage he can win some games.Who has committed the biggest financial fraud in U.S. History?
Not sure what is going to happen with Jimbo but the remaining schedule isn't easy. With that class he got this year he would probably have to totally collapse not to get next year though.
UNC played at App State this year. We saw Miami play at App State. Presumably it wants a home and home deal if you want it to come play you.
