We were beating them before AR's meltdown. I doubt Georgia has any similar issues with them. Still, I guess there is always hope.
Agree. I don't think Kentucky is as good as their ranking. Their defense is legit, but the offense is average at best. Georgia will probably have little trouble with anybody on their schedule IMO, until they play Alabama in the SEC title game.
Yeah, that just happened. If Georgia thinks it can play with its food in SEC play then they will get what they deserve.
Uninspired. But not to slight Kent St, they played hard and kept after it all game. Georgia had 3 TOs in the first half. I thought Kirby was gonna chew some ass and they’d come out fired up for the second half but they really didn’t. A couple starters were held out but that’s no excuse.
Common enemy? Although you were talking about UK. I’m actually an FSU fan myself. Went to a lot of games as a teenager. Aunt and Uncle in Quincy were big donors back in the day.
To be fair, I don't have any love for Georgia Tech either. I mean, yes I root for them one game a year, but 1-11 would be fine. Do you root for FSU other than Gator week?
As much as I hate UT, they are the team to give UGa trouble. The Dwag defense is predicated on stopping the run and pressuring the QB while putting top tier corners on islands, which works fine until you play a team with great proficiency throwing the football. Out of UF, UT, and UK, only UT has that capability.
Vols are playing well but they have really only done stuff the last two games. Pitt lost to ga tech after the nerds fired their coach. Yeah they have put up a lot of points with the Malzahn fast tempo but this weekend was their first real win. I’m still not sure if LSU is just average or better.
The only team on their schedule that can beat them is Georgia because they have an excellent defense.
Kentucky gets healthy they will be a problem for vols. Ball control offense with a good defense. Vols are sitting at 6-0 but they could be 3-3....Pitt would've beaten them had their QB not gone down...Bama candidly should be 3-3...they were extremely lucky against AM and Texas...
I hate Tennessee, but Josh Heupel is a great offensive coach and they will destroy Kentucky, IMO. Their only obstacle is Georgia, IMO. But if they get to the SEC title game, I think Saban beats them next time. I just think Georgia is too good for the Vols.
Yep. They back, baby! I don’t think they have seen a really good defense yet. Won’t say elite because Georgia’s isn’t that this year but it’ll be a sight better than anything else they will face. And their pass D sucks. Look at the stats and you’ll see Stetson is neck and neck with their dude.
Kentucky has lost to Ole Miss & South Carolina. Their wins are over Miami Ohio, UF, Youngstown State, Northern Illinois & Miss. State. They're a decent SEC team, but Tennessee will steamroll them, IMO and they will end the season with at least 4 losses, maybe 5.
They should've won the ole miss game. Tons of injuries for South Carolina including QB.
